Oxydol remover – HY 8165

This product is an efficient compound agent, can promote the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in water into molecular oxygen and water and specifically remove the hydrogen peroxide in the grinding wastewater, ammonia-nitrogen-containing wastewater, oxygen bleaching wastewater and other wastewater in the manufacturing process of electronic semiconductors, panels and papermaking.

It is applicable to the removal of hydrogen peroxide in the wastewater of semiconductor, panel, papermaking and other industries, and can directly degrade it to less than 5 ppm.

Transport it in 25 kg/barrel or by tank truck;

Pay attention to put it in a cool and dry place;

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and other body parts during operation, if splashed in accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, and see a doctor in time.

Adjust the pH of the water sample to be treated to 5-9, add a certain amount of oxydol remover, and stir thoroughly for 15 min to remove the hydrogen peroxide in water;

Dosage of oxydol remover: Add according to the ratio with the hydrogen peroxide (1:30 - 1:3), and the specific dosage depends on the actual water quality.
