Fluoride removal agent - FL series

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This product is an efficient fluorine removal compound developed for advanced treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater in the semiconductor, panel, photovoltaic, metal smelting, coal mine and other industries. This product loads the positive aluminum layer on the surface of the carrier, making the whole fluorine removal agent particle positively charged; after the agent is added to the fluorine-containing wastewater, it can form sludge and precipitate together with the negatively charged fluoride ions.
For the fluorine-containing wastewater in all industries, it can stably ensure the effluent F to fall to less than 1 ppm.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1.It is characterized of less dosage, low treatment cost, convenient operation and use;
2.The fluctuation in effluent quality is small, and F- can be stably reduced to less than 1 ppm;
3.The range of pH is expanded to 6-9;
4.The sludge output is slow, which can greatly reduce the sludge treatment cost and maintenance cost;
5.It is widely used in different industries, which can meet the upgrading and reconstruction of different types of fluorine-containing sewage.
FL 155 (solid): Advanced fluorine removal; Solid, high removal efficiency
FL200 (liquid) : Strong anti-jamming capability, less dosage
FL 150 (liquid) : Advanced fluorine removal; Less dosage, low effluent SS
FL237 (liquid) : Advanced fluorine removal; less dosage; wide range of pH application
PACKAGING,STORAGE AND PROTECTION
25 kg/bag (solids); Pallet tank/tank truck (liquid);
Pay attention to moisture-proof, rain-proof and sealed packaging;
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and other body parts during operation, if splashed in accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, and see a doctor in time.
METHOD OF USE
Take Grade I fluorine removal effluent (F≤20 ppm), directly add a certain proportion of fluoride removal agent, stir thoroughly for 15-30 min (depending on the field condition), adjust pH to 6-7, and add a certain amount of PAM, then the effluent F stability after sedimentation reaches the standard;
Dosage: For Grade I fluorine removal effluent (F<20 ppm), when F<3 ppm is required, add 1,200-1,500 ppm fluorine removal agent; and when F<1 ppm is required, add 1,500-2,000 ppm fluorine removal agent (the specific agent dosage depends on the actual water quality).
