Recapture agent - WM series
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This product is an efficient complex reagent specially developed for the treatment of complex heavy metal wastewater, including DTC category, compound system category and inorganic category, among which, DTC category contains plenty of active groups. The sulfur atoms in the active group are characterized of small electronegativity, large radius, easy to lose electrons and likely to polarize and deform, generates a negative electric field to capture cations and tend to bond, and can form dithiocarbamate (DTC salt) with heavy metals. Such metal salts have good flocculation and sedimentation effect in water. In the compound system, composite DTC and inorganic system, the removal rate of heavy ions is higher, and with the same volume of addition, the heavy metal icons can be stabilized to 0.1 ppm. The inorganic system is characterized of small volume of addition and high performance cost ratio. It is applicable to the treatment of complex salt (such as citric acid, tartaric acid, EDTA, cyanogen and NH) wastewater containing any heavy metal ions.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
1.Strongly targeted, and can treat all kinds of heavy metal complex wastewater;
2.Wide reaction pH range, low requirements on processing conditions;
3.Stable heavy metals, with up-to-standard discharge;
4.Low treatment cost, convenient, environmental and nontoxic operation and use.
WM 4203 Stable heavy metals, with up-to-standard discharge
WM 4305 High removal rate, less than 0.1 ppm
WM 4405 Small volume of addition and high performance cost ratio
PACKAGING,STORAGE AND PROTECTION
Transport it in 25 kg/barrel or by tank truck;
Pay attention to put it in a cool and dry place;
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and other body parts during operation, if splashed in accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, and see a doctor in time.
METHOD OF USE
Adjust the pH of the water sample to be treated to 7.5-10, weigh a certain amount of recapture agent and stir thoroughly for 30 min, add an appropriate amount of PAC and PAM, then the concentration of the effluent heavy metal after sedimentation can reach the standard;
Dosage of recapture agent: Add according to the ratio to heavy metal (1:5-20), that is, 1 ppm of heavy metal added with 5-20 ppm of recapture agent, and the specific dosage depends on the actual water quality on the site. The effect of heavy metal removal can reach less than 0.1 ppm.
