Polymeric flocculant - Hipofloc series

The Hipofloc series of polymeric flocculant products can be used as flocculant or sludge dehydrating agent in the water treatment. It can be either used alone or used in combination with aluminum salt, iron salt, calcium salt and other inorganic flocculants, dehydrating agent or other high cationic polymer organic coagulants to accelerate the suspension flocculation and solid-liquid separation, improve the effluent water quality, and reduce the moisture content in sewage.

Wastewater treatment

Raw water treatment: it is used for sedimentation or air flotation to effectively settle the suspended particles in water bodies, improve and effluent water quality and meet the water quality requirements;

Sludge dehydration: it is used in the plate and frame-type filter press, filter belt-type filter press, centrifugal dehydrant and stack dehydrator and other sludge dewatering processes to achieve fast slurry separation and reduce the sludge moisture content.

Other fields

It can be used as aqueous phase rheology additive, binder, etc.

For solid particle products: according to the field demand, the three-tank or two-tank agent soaking machine/automatic reagent feeder can be used to prepare the 0.5-2‰ solution, which is then added into the system;

For liquid products: according to the field demand, the dynamic pipeline mixer/vertical centrifugal pump and other equipment can be used to prepare the 1-4‰ solution, which is then added into the system.
