Acidic cleaning agent – MCH 3181
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

This product is a kind of exclusive cleaning agent for reverse osmosis systems, which is used to dissolve metal hydroxides, calcium carbonates and other types of scales, and is applicable to aramid reverse osmosis membranes, hollow fiber membranes as well as nanofiltration (NF) and ultrafiltration (UF). It has good cleaning effect and can help extend the service life of membrane.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

1.It effectively removes the inorganic salt scale, metallic oxide and colloidal deposition, microbial contamination, organic dirt and silicate scale on reverse osmosis membranes;

2.It is applicable to all brands of aromatic polyamide membranes;

3.It contains chelating agents, which can promote the dissolution of metallic sediments;

4.It has good pH buffer performance;

5.It is mutually soluble with water at any ratio.

  

Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid

pH: 2.0-4.0 (25℃,1%溶液)  2.0-4.0 (25℃, 1% solution)

Solubility: Completely soluble in water

Specific gravity: 1.05-1.15 (g/cm3, 20℃)

  

  

  

  

METHOD OF USE

Dilute at a dilution ratio of 5%-10% before use. Pump the cleaning agent in, and measure the pH every other 5-20 min, until there is no change in pH. During cleaning, take samples and observe the cleaning effect, namely, turbidity and color changes of liquid, production of floccules, etc.

Dosage: The specific dosage needs to be determined according to the field operation.

PACKAGING.STORAGE AND PROTECTION

25 kg/barrel;

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and other body parts during operation, if splashed in accidentally, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water, and see a doctor in time;

Store it in a cool and dry place, with a recommended storage temperature of 10-25℃; and the storage time is 1 year.

PRECAUTIONS

It is prohibited to store with strong acids and oxides;

Pay attention to the temperature control during cleaning, which should not exceed the specified temperature;

In case of any special circumstance, contact the pharmaceutical engineer in time to solve it.
